Usual Steps for Troubleshooting
- Force Close the app and reopen - https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT201330
- Navigate to Account (bottom right) click Sign-out, Force Close the app (as above), reopen the App and Sign-in to try again
- Turn your phone off and on again
- Make sure that you have updated the Little Phil app to the newest version!
